The assistant
When you use the assistant, the messages you send and the replies are stored so the conversation can continue and so we can review answer quality. Our team may read conversations for that purpose. The assistant does not ask for your name, email or phone number, and we do not use conversations for marketing. Please do not type passport numbers, visa references, bank details or health records.
Answers are generated by an AI model run by a third-party provider on our behalf. The text of your question is sent to that provider to produce the answer.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you.
The checklist
The ticks on the first-90-days checklist are saved in your own browser (local storage). They are not sent to us. Clearing your browser data or pressing Reset removes them.
If you email contact@overseas.chat, we keep the message and your address only to reply and to follow up on the correction or question you raised.
Your choices
To ask what we hold about a conversation, or to have it deleted, email us with the approximate date and time you used the assistant.
